Tips when using SeaDine’s Snorkel Snax®

  • When traveling, store your tubes in a zip lock bags. Pressure changes during flight can loosen caps.

  • When on the beach we recommend keeping your tubes in a cooler or out of direct sun. This helps to retain the proper consistency.

  • Kneed the tube a bit prior to removing peel seal and opening.

  •  Unscrew cap and remove peel seal prior to use. If you should forget, peel seal may be tucked in the sidewall of the inner cap before it’s screwed back on.

  •  Band may be worn on wrist or arm. Never use around neck.

  •  To start feeding, flip open cap and squeeze a small amount into the water. About an inch or two of Snorkel Snax is enough to start. You can adjust the amount as the fish feed.

  • To stop feeding at any time, close cap and swim to another location.

  •  Snorkel Snax may be used at several locations. However, once the tube is used in the water, we recommend using the balance of the product within 24 hours.

  •  Snorkel Snax is formulated for small fish. Never feed mammals. Not for human consumption.

  •  Children should use only when closely supervised by an adult. Not intended for use by small children.

  •  Please dispose of properly after use. Rubberband may be detached and disposed of separately.

General Snorkel Tips:

  •  Ask the locals. Often the locals can provide the best advise on great snorkel locations that best suit your abilities.

  •  Always snorkel in areas where there are other swimmers and snorkelers. Having a snorkel buddy is always a good idea.

  •  Do not snorkel near surfers or body surfers. Always keep an eye out for watercraft and boats.

  •  Never snorkel where there is spear fishing.

  •  Do not snorkel if the water is unclear, rough or choppy.

  •  Look up out of the water periodically to keep your bearing. This easy precaution will keep you from drifting off course without knowing it.

  • The best snorkeling is in calm clear water.

  •  Never stand on or touch the coral. Doing so will ham the coral and can be harmful to you as well.

  •  Don’t forget sunscreen. It is very easy to get a bad burn, especially on your back while snorkeling. It is a good idea to wear a t-shirt for sun protection. A dark color works best in the water.

  • Always follow local rules and regulations.
